Returns Policy
You may return any items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All Goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Helmet Returns
Helmets must be returned within 30 days of receipt either via tracked delivery service or in store. All goods must be unused, in a sellable condition and in their original packaging including visor vinyl.
Returns to store
Not all stores stock accessories, we currently only offer returns at our Macclesfield and Donington site.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the UK. We offer free delivery for any orders over £50. We charge £5 for any orders under £50.
Orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday are processed the same day and will typically arrive within 2-5 working days. Orders received after 3pm, will be processed the following day. Orders received over the weekend will be processed on Monday (or a Tuesday if the Monday happens to be a Bank Holiday).
